how to operate Elisir capuccino De Longi Machine_?

I bought a capuccino expresso machine without a user manual. I connected it, but after 8 minutes the coffee does not drip down. I don´t know how to put the filter (handle). Help!!! it is cold and we need a coffee !!! Thanks
